Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with what you receive. If something is not right, tell us and we will fix it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at care@lovethy2239.com within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it.

Unopened items

Because everything we sell is a personal care product, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and unused, in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.

Opened soaps, butters, and bundles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale items and gift cards are final.

How to start a return

Email care@lovethy2239.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We will confirm and send return instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as unrequested returns cannot be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we will email you either way. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to post it.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, email us.

Exchanges

The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once the return is approved.
